Night creature

Nagbabalik na naman ang sakit ko. Ang pagiging insomniac. 

Maraming dahilan kung bakit nagkakaroon nang insomnia ang isang tao. Minsan body clock, minsan trabaho, minsan health issues, madalas problema.

Yun nga. Im back to my old shitty behavior. Being insomniac, staying up sooo late and wide awake in this boring world. Sometimes deep thoughts trigger it. And other times a person does it to you. :))

It isn't a big deal. Because i know that there are alot of people experiencing the same shit. It's not contagious nor deadly. Well it will be if its gonna continue till you reach 70. :))) 

Tips for this? 
Release all the negativity. Relax your fucking mind. Deep breath. Inhale exhale. Happy thoughts. Think positively. Held your two hands up high with your middle finger sticking out and proudly say, FUCK YOU INSOMNIA! :))))
