Tuna Omelette

I'm obsses with tuna! (canned tuna only, preferably Century Tuna) That's why i want to try different things to it, not just the 'no-cook' rule of canned goods. Na-uh!

And so i found and tried this Tuna Omelette.

You'll need ::
• 1 can of Century Tuna (hot 'n spicy)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• onions (minced)
• tomatoes (diced)
• salt & pepper

Steps ::
1] Put the stove to medium heat then place the pan on top of it. Pour the Century Tuna together with the oil and let it cook.

2] Put the onions & tomatoes at the side of the tuna and try to sauté it but don't mix it up.

3] Put some salt & pepper in the egg and beat again.

4] Then add the egg on the pan, just let it cook itself, (don't touch it!) then after a minute, mix it up altogether.

5] Serve and enjoy the Tuna Omelette.

*Servings : 1-2 person
