So you'll need ::
• Pandesal (sliced in half)
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• Butter
• Honey
First step :: Heat your frying pan. Wait until medium heat is reach. Then add the butter and spread it.
Second step :: Soak the sliced Pandesal (one-by-one) in the eggs then quickly put it in the pan.
Third Step :: Fry the Pandesal on each side and try pressing it so that it'll be fully toast. (But semi-cooked is fine) It's up to you if you want it 'tutong' or semi-cooked.
Fourth Step :: Serve it and don't forget the Honey on top of the Pandesal! :)
*the honey adds a little sweetness to the Pandesal. 'Cause without the honey, the pandesal with egg will just be totally tasteless or bland.
*you can serve it with fried eggs, hams, cheese, or whatever you desire :)
