Call center thoughts

Call Center Girl ;)) *my name is Kendra. ;)

Working in a call center is not an easy job. U handle a lot of stress everyday and you're responsible for everything that might come your way. Whether its the customer's concern or yours. Whether it's about your health or the company's event. No time to waste, they say. And no time for rest. Well yes, you do have your lunch and two 15 minutes break. But you're just gonna spend those time either smoking or taking a nap. Then you're back on track. Those breaks that you have? Is just for you to breathe. :)) And when it's time to go home, you go straight home. :)) because you'll be out by morning where  in it's time for the human world to go to the 'normal work hours'. Then you sleep  ofcourse. And try to get the best sleep you can have and be ready for the next shit. Oh shift i mean. :)) oh call center agents.
