Homemade Mojos

It's summer! And you know what it means.. Beach, Sun, Fun & Fooood! :D

And boredom ofcourse. O.o ..it's for those bummers out there. Ehem. Oh shit, i'm one of them. :)))

Oh well. So i decided to become productive! And came with the idea of cooking. Potatoes!

Homemade Mojos :) 
awright! It's a simple version of Mojos. I made tipid the ingredients 'cause not all of the ingds needed were available. :( 
..here it is.

Ingredients:
•potatoes (sliced, achieve the round shape)
•egg (beaten)
•flour
•pepper
•cayenne powder
•salt
•cooking oil ( you'll be needing a lot of this 'cause the potatoes should be deep fried)
•mayo

Preparations: Mix the flour, pepper, cayenne powder and salt.

Step 1 : Make the oil boil.
Step 2 : Then immediately dip a slice of potato to the beaten egg, and press it to the prepared flour mix. And deep fry it.
Step 3 : Wait for 10-15 minutes before taking it out of the pan. You can wait a bit longer if desired.
Step 4 : Prepare the mayo and put it just beside the potatoes, then serve! :)

Ok naman yung lasa niya. Kaso it turned out as a Homemade Potato Chips instead of Mojos. Haha I think i sliced the other potatoes super thin that's why it became crispy. :)) and you know the funny part? Naglasang KAMOTE! Hahaha :)) natatawa na lang ako nung natikman ko. 

Pero FYI, naubos naman! Iniwan ko lang sa mesa sa kusina pagbalik ko isang piraso na lang yung tira! Oha! Haha Busog na busog yung dalawang katulong namen. :) Mas kinaen pa nila yung gawa ko instead of the Pansit and Mais con Sopas na ginawa nila. Seeee! Aspiring Chef lang ang peg. :D
